What originated as a small family business called Up-Trend Chair Line in 1992, focusing only on the local market, located in Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.The factory has grown impressively from 100m2 to the current size of 12,000m2. Meeting the office seating demands of a global market and becoming a major global player. Our second manufacturing plant at Banting opened in 1999, and one year later was expanded to almost twice its size to meet demand. Now U-Trend modern and efficient manufacturing has the capacity to produce over 1,000,000 chairs annually. Within a short span, U-Trend Group of Companies has earned a reputation for providing innovative solutions for local businesses. Building on our success, U-Trend joined-in partnership with Markant of Holland, a world-leading office furniture provider, with branches throughtout Europe, USA, and South America. In association with Markant, Holland, U-Trend obtains technology transfers in product research and development that is needed to meet the highest global standard.
