Incorporated on 31st May 1990 with the main objective of privatising the Public Works Department (JKR) Quarry at Sungai Long Hulu Langat, Selangor, the company has20% of participation from Permodalan Negeri Selangor Bhd (PNSB), an investment arm of Selangor State Government. Since its inception and privatization, SUNGAI LONG INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. has achieved tremendous success in the Quarrying and Road Construction activities. It has manage to maintain a remarkable rate of development of quarry production and road paving works. To sustain growth of the company, all our efforts are directed towards achieving our core activities which includes the production and sales of granite aggregates, bituminous mixes for road construction, ready mix concrete, unbaked clay bricks and ready mix plaster cement. Besides producing quality quarry products, SUNGAI LONG INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. also undertake road construction, pavement works and road maintenance services. These achievements have led SUNGAI LONG INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. to securing the award of ISO 9002 by SIRIM in May 1996 which marks an important milestone on our drive towards fulfilling our mission to be the leading supplier of quality quarry products in Malaysia. The ISO 902 award is testimony of our commitment to quality products and total customer satisfaction.
