APPLICATION

SS 91 ink is a super gloss ink for metal substrate base on oxidation polymerization.


CHARACTERISTICS

- Excellent adhesion
- Good scratch & rub resistance
- Good flexibility
- Good color strength
- Good stencil stability
- Good grease resistance
- Good covering power


THINNING

Use SS 905 Reducer as normal thinner. No retarder or fast thinner is needed as this ink will cure by oven.
To reduce the color strength, use SS91-0000 Medium.


DRYING

Oven curing at 150 for 10 min..


OTHERS

Add 0.3-0.5% of SS 8001 Antifoam Agent into the ink and mix well in case of foaming on print.
